HOW TO GROW FROM SEEDS HERB SORREL

The best season to sow Broad Leaf Sorrel Seeds is during the spring months. Put a few seeds in small pots filled with compost and cover them. Take good care of them by watering them regularly. In some cases, seeds of Broad Leaved Sorrel take as long as six weeks to germinate. The roots will have a greater chance of thriving without any barriers if the seedlings are potted up into separate containers when they are big enough. It is likely to grow them in containers or later plant them in borders. Using our seeds, you will see that Broad Leafed Sorrel grows very well.

CARE AFTER GERMINATION OF HERB SORREL

If the weather is dry, please keep Broad Leaved Sorrel plants well-watered to help the plant grow better. Maintaining moist plants will also encourage plenty of new growth. Broad Leaved Sorrel thrives in a sunny or partially shady spot, fertile, moisture-retentive soil. If you wish to propagate a perennial via cutting or division, you may do so from the roots of an existing plant.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF HERB SORREL

Herbal remedies such as broad-leafed sorrel can treat cancer and liver disorders. As well as lowering blood pressure, the Sorrel drink has other benefits. Studies have shown that broad-leafed sorrel reduces the risk of heart disease. In addition to conventional medicines, wide leaf sorrel is used to treat bacterial infections, reduce sudden and ongoing pain, and enhance urine flow.
