You will receive healthy seeds of Padron Pepper and can start seeds of Padron Pepper in small containers from 8-10 weeks prior to the last frost date. Sow seeds approximately 1-2cm deep in moist, well-drained potting soil. Most standard soil mixes are suitable for pepper seeds. Maintain a warm soil temperature to ensure a successful planting. Keep soil moderately moist, though not overly, dripping wet. Soil should be watered when it just begins to dry. Padron Pepper needs regular watering, but it should not be overwatered.

You need to wait until a few leaves appear on the Padron Pepper seedlings after they sprout. Place the plants in their individual holes after the little plants are taken out. The holes should be backfilled with topsoil. During a cloudy or early evening period, transplant the seedlings to give them time to adapt to the new environment before the sun brings full force to the plants. It is good to thin plants to 80cm to 1m and rows to 2-3m. In warm climates, place peppers in full sun, but make sure they have access to shade in summer. For best results, keep the plants well hydrated.

Several health benefits are associated with Padron Pepper. In addition to providing excellent nutritional value, these are good sources of fiber that help improve digestion. It helps the body fight free radicals, inflammation, helps the digestive system, and promotes weight loss. By improving blood circulation and lowering blood pressure, they also aid in lowering high blood pressure. You can use this to reduce your blood pressure or lose weight if you are a patient with high blood pressure.
