HOW TO GROW FROM SEEDS
Sugar Apple can be grown from seeds easily. You will receive healthy seeds from us, soak them for 3 days prior to planting. Then plant them 10-15 cm deep into the moist planting mix. Place the container in a shaded area where the temperature remains above 20 degrees celsius. Sugar Apple grows well in evenly moist soil so keep the soil evenly moist during germination. Make sure not to overwater it. Propagation generally from seeds may take 30 days or longer.
CARE AFTER GERMINATION
Sugar apples can be planted outdoors if you live in a suitable climate. Plant the tree in full sun. Feed young trees every 4-6 weeks during the growing season with a complete fertilizer. Apply a 5-10 cm. layer of mulch around the tree to within 14cm of the trunk to retain moisture and regulate soil temperature. Water regularly but make sure that the soil doesn’t become soggy.
