This Hot Pepper - F1 Apache seeds are very fast growing. To speed the process, place the seeds between damp sheets of paper towel, put them in a zippered plastic bag, and put the bag in a warm place. As soon as the pepper seeds sprout, carefully plant them in individual containers such as pea pots. Sow seeds on the surface of a free-draining compost and cover with a fine sprinkling of compost. Place in a propagator at 25-30C until after germination, which takes 10 to 15 days.

Hot Chilli Pepper Apache F1 is an extremely popular, reliable, and easy to grow compact bushy variety that only reaches 35-45cm. The small conical-shaped fruits of medium heat approx 70,000 – 80,000 Scoville are produced in abundance maturing from light green to a glossy red 3cm x 1.5cm. Apaches are very useful in the kitchen as an everyday type of chili with a medium heat level. They are great used fresh but can be frozen and used later or can be easily dried and ground into chili powder/flakes.

Transplant seedlings of this hot pepper when large enough to handle into 3 pots. Plant in the final situation when plants are 4in high, 18in apart. Outdoor crops - acclimatize plants to outdoor conditions before planting in sunny, fertile, moist, well-drained soil, after all, risk of frost.
