HOW TO GROW PINK KALE FROM SEEDS

The process of growing flowering Kale can be made more accessible by starting seeds purchased from our Store. Because the seeds need light to germinate, they can be sprinkled directly on the surface of the medium in flats or pots. Plants for the fall garden should be started by the first of July. You can place the pots in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks before sprouting, but it is unnecessary. Keeping the seeds moist, they should grow in three to five days and be ready for planting outside by August.

CARE AFTER GERMINATION OF PINK KAMOME FLOWERING

Depending on the variety's mature size, seedlings should be spaced from 30.5 to 51 cm apart. Kale should be planted, so the lowest leaves are flush with the ground. The primary consideration for flowering kale growing conditions is that the plants need cool weather to develop the best leaf color. It's best to plant them in the spring or fall because hot weather can inhibit leaf color and cause the stems to elongate. Kale often lasts through the winter months since it can withstand temperatures well below freezing.

PINK KAMOME FLOWERING USES AND HEALTH BENEFITS

Flowering Kale and cabbage, also called ornamental cabbage and Kale, are two of the most colorful vegetables in the fall garden. While they're edible, they're grown for their pretty leaves. They go well with pasta. Pasta and Kale are a great combination. Add it to your salad. Chopped it up and add it to your salad. Add Kale to scrambled eggs. Make kale chips. Or an easy Kale skillet side dish.
