Almost all kinds of Dragon Fruits including White Dragon Fruit can be grown very easily from Seeds. You will receive healthy and ready to germinate seeds from Garden Paradise Seeds. All you have to do is, fill a cup or small pot with a sterile seed starter or cactus soil mix. Wet the soil but avoid soaking it. The spoon is used to mix the seed into the top quarter-inch of soil. Mist this layer as needed to ensure it's moist, and then cover it with plastic sandwich bags or clear plastic wrap. By keeping moisture and warmth in, the cover will retain heat. You must now wait until the seeds germinate.

In cooler climates, dragon fruit is ideal for containers. To grow as a container plant, transplant the seedling into a pot with good drainage and use a cactus soil mix or one you create yourself by blending sand and potting soil. Both mixes can be amended with compost. As soon as the dragon fruit reaches 20 cm in height, put it in a pot that is at least 50 cm wide and 70 cm deep. Add a trellis or climbing pole to the pot and tie the plant to the support. Due to this plant's climbing nature, dragon fruits also require sturdier supports outside or an arbor.

You can be benefited from the antioxidant properties of this fruit, which contains high levels of vitamin C. In addition, dragon fruit contains iron, which is vital for your body’s oxygen distribution and energy production. Iron is easily absorbed by your body when you consume dragon fruit because it contains vitamin C.
