HOW TO GROW MUSK MALLOW FROM SEEDS

Well-drained, fertile soil is ideal for growing Musk mallow. So long as some moisture and fertility are underlying, it will establish itself on thinner soil. During warm weather, the plant emits a delicate dusky fragrance. There is a lot of nectar and pollen in the flowers, which attracts bees. The seeds can be planted in the spring or autumn. You can be sown the seeds in the soil to grow and lightly push them into the soil. In addition, you can plant the seeds about 2 cm apart in a tray of compost. Plant any time from Spring to Autumn and lightly cover with compost.

CARE FOR MUSK MALLOW AFTER GERMINATION

You don't worry about the plants as long as they have access to moist, well-drained, rich organic soil and full sun. Thriving in this manner reduces the requirement for staking. It is possible to transplant young plants or move them to another garden part. If your Mallow plants are blooming, be sure to water them well and fertilize them with a balanced fertilizer. After the bloom season, cutting plants back hard in August will encourage the musk mallow plants to survive for long.
