To grow the Mini Kiwi Berry from seeds, some care is required. Put your seeds in the soil at a depth of 0.3-0.5cm, and do not place them too deep or too close together in the soil. You can sprinkle the seeds on the soil and then put some soil lightly on them. Second, make sure that the temperature is suitable for sowing these seeds to ensure that they will grow. Temperatures between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius are ideal. Once or twice a day is sufficient for watering the seeds, but not too often. Please make sure they're in the sun and maintain moist soil. Here's what we're going to do next!

Please wait patiently for the seeds to germinate. It usually takes 15 to 25 days. You can place the seeds in partial shade or full sun. Mature vines will need 3-4 meters spacing. They are susceptible to fertilizer burn in their first year, so they should be fertilized minimally. These vigorous vines require regular annual fertilization, which increases with size when established. Head the trained branches back to an upward-facing bud. Damaged, dead, or crossing limbs should be removed and side growth below the main components. Remove one-third of the fruiting laterals. Shorten all other branches so that they do not touch the ground when they are laden with fruit.

The Berries are small enough to pop into your mouth like grapes, used as garnishes for cocktails, added to a cheese board, and mixed into fruit salads to add a sweet and juicy texture. When ripe or when the berry feels soft, kiwi berries taste best. Two to three kiwis a day significantly reduced the risk of blood clots, according to a University of Oslo study. They reduced fat levels in the blood as well. Researchers found that these effects were similar to taking aspirin daily to improve heart health.
